Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include 19% VAT (Germany) and other price components.

We only deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland (via partners), Belgium and the Netherlands.

Customers from Germany:

We ship with various service providers. The flat rate for parcel shipping is €9.50 or €18.50. We ship bulky items, such as outdoor advertising, photo walls, and acrylic signs, with various shipping service providers. We will announce the shipping costs (bulky goods) for these items separately.

Customers from Austria, France, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, or Belgium:

Your prices include 19% VAT. We ship exclusively by DHL parcel. The parcel shipping costs are the shipping costs (see Germany above) plus a surcharge of 15,00 Euro. Bulky shipments, such as outdoor advertising, photo walls, acrylic signs, etc. are shipped by various forwarding agents. We will inform you separately of the shipping costs (bulky goods).

Customers from Switzerland:

We ship to a parcel shop within Germany (please be sure to enter the German delivery address on the next page under “Delivery address”), where you can pick up your parcel yourself.
Your prices include 19% VAT. Parcel shipping costs a flat rate of €9.50 or €18.50.
We ship bulky items with various shipping service providers. We will announce the shipping costs (bulky goods) for this separately.

Would you like your order delivered directly to your studio?
We now also offer direct delivery to your Swiss address. The shipping costs are the net shipping costs (see above) plus a flat-rate surcharge of €60.00 net.
Your delivery will be tax-free under §4 No. 1a UStG, § 6 UStG.
