Current delivery time for logo design & print material drafts:
In general, our delivery time until the first draft (design for print approval on products) or the initial concept for your new logo is currently around 2–5 business days.
If you need your order sooner – for example due to an upcoming opening – please check the current delivery time with us in advance.
Delivery time for printed products & customer gifts:
Due to the current global shortage of raw materials, delivery delays may occur at any time, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
Short-term price increases are also possible. Delivery times generally vary depending on the product –
please contact us in advance if certain items are needed urgently, for example for a grand opening.
DHL Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
